The enduring powers of the Renaissance

The enduring powers from the Renaissance in the modern world are both in paintings, architecture and literary texts. Many of the famous paintings that we idolize are from the Renaissance period, such as the Mona Lisa, curved arch door  ways are part of the architecture as well as sculptures, and the literary texts such as the house of Medici, all these have stood the test of time as they appealed to our ever changing tastes.
